The Windows Toolchain build failed with this message:

Archiving artifacts
‘build/artifacts/*’ doesn’t match anything, but ‘*’ does. Perhaps that’s what you mean?
ERROR: Step ‘Archive the artifacts’ failed: No artifacts found that match the file pattern "build/artifacts/*". Configuration error?

but the Windows Tests passed.

Have I understood correctly that that means that swiftlang/swift-docc#1300 works and can be merged?

I'll try to see if main has the same problem with the Windows toolchain artifacts being empty or missing

Ok. Now I've confirmed that the Windows toolchain reports the same issue about artifacts being empty or missing on main:

Archiving artifacts
‘build/artifacts/*’ doesn’t match anything, but ‘*’ does. Perhaps that’s what you mean?
ERROR: Step ‘Archive the artifacts’ failed: No artifacts found that match the file pattern "build/artifacts/*". Configuration error?

Considering that both branches report this issue and that the Windows tests pass with swiftlang/swift-docc#1300, I think it's safe to merge.
