Provide Components and Topology allowing to deploy a simple Yorc stack on Kubernetes #111

As: Yorc dev team
I want to: Deploy a simple orchestration stack on top of Kubernetes using Yorc
So that: I will demonstrate K8S support in Yorc and have a reference archi for Yorc on k8s
AC1: The orchestrator stack should be composed of a Yorc server, a Consul server and an Alien4Cloud server.
AC2: The Yorc server should expose a service allowing Alien4Cloud to connect to it.
AC3: Deployer should be able to connect to the Alien4Cloud GUI and configure it in order to be connected to the Yorc orchestrator and make deployments to configured locations.
