Support of locations #106
Description
Yorc configuration change to support locations instead of infrastructures tracked by Pull Request ystia/yorc#519 impacts Forge components dealing with the configuration of infrastructures.
This issue is a first phase implementing changes in existing components, which have the limit of creating just one location.
A next step should be to provide a single component creating one location file containing multiple locations.
