Ctrl + Z is not available in JupyterLab after installation of voila-gridstack

Description

After install of voila-gridstack - Ctrl + Z is not working and I can find in the logs:

[warn] Cannot execute key binding 'Ctrl Z': command 'editmenu:undo' is not enabled.

Reproduce

1. New Python Env
2. Install voila-gridstack from the extensions
3. Try Ctrl + Z

Expected behavior

Be able to use Undo / Redo

Context

• Operating System and version: Linux Mint 22
• JupyterLab-Desktop version: 4.2.5-1

Uninstalling the extension by:

!pip uninstall voila-gridstack
!pip uninstall voila

Fix the issue with the Ctrl + Z
