Ellipsis in the chunkified text breaks chunks

1. The trailing or leading ellipsis should replace one complete chunk, not breaking it as the image shows:

2. Furthermore, the Eckhart layout doesn't implement the leading ellipsis on the 2nd and further pages in the paginated text.

Current:

abcd    efgh    ijkl    mnop

Expected:

...     efgh    ijkl    mnop

3. In the Eckhart layout, the trailing ellipsis seems to overflow the text boundaries. Not 100% sure.
