Config option "Maintain focus in the editor" not available anymore?

I opened spyder today after quite some time and it did an update to verion 6. After that I started doing my coding homework.
And I noticed my settings were reset, not a problem, I just redo them.
But than I noticed that the preferences menu changed (and in my personal opinon not to the better) and that the option for maintaining focus in the editor was gone. I usually disabled that as soon as possible, as my homework includes a lot of user inputs in the console and it was nice that it automatically switched there after pressing F5 to run.

Was this option moved somewhere (looked through the config options, couldn't find it anywhere) or was it completly removed (or maybe forgotten/broken)?

Hey @Tomson124, thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, that option was removed because we thought it wasn't that useful for users.

Yes I would be thrilled to have that feature back again, the lesser I have to use the mouse while coding the better :)

Ok, we'll see if we can get that feature back in 6.0.6, to be released in May. If not, it'll be included in 6.1.0, to be released in July.

The only issue with it (which was also present in Spyder 5, I think) is that all all debugging commands will give focus to the console too. Would you be ok with that?
