We now support Oracle's bind marker scheme that identifies dynamic parameters using names that are prefixed with a colon such as :P0_myparam.

We now support Oracle's bind marker scheme that identifies dynamic parameters using names that are prefixed with a colon such as :P0_myparam.
Reorder map of known BindMarkersFactory implementations. Add unit tests.
