Add device count fields to namespace documents to cache device statistics by status (accepted, pending, rejected). This eliminates the need for expensive aggregation queries when retrieving namespace device counts. - Add NamespaceIncrementDeviceCount method to atomically update counters - Modify UpdateDeviceStatus to maintain accurate counters on status changes - Add migration 101 to populate initial counts from existing devices
