In the future, we could offer suggestions showing the manifest being edited, rather than describing it. That is not a blocker for just switching to annotate-snippets though. |

What does this PR try to resolve?
This converts a
shell.warn()followed by severalshell.note()s into a singleshell.print_report().This is just to check whether I correctly understood the conversation in office hours. If so, I can do a bunch more of these.
