Feature Request: Support for OpenAI o1 Model

The OpenAI o1 model introduces several new features, including:

• Structured responses
• Tool calling
• Developer (formerly system) prompts

Additionally, it offers improved pricing compared to the currently supported o1-preview model in pydantic-ai.

These enhancements could significantly improve the library’s functionality and make it more cost-effective. It would be great to see support for this model added to the library.

@uriafranko the o1 models don't support a system role (yet. ever?). Try 'developer'. It's a bit of a pita - I wish they'd handle it on their end.

@samuelcolvin this should probably be re-opened until #522 is merged.
As far as I can tell o1 and friends will be non-functional until this is merged.

Hi folks i'm still getting these errors, is there something to be done? I wish we had a tutorial to adapt codes to o1..
