Help page and slack channel

We need a "help" page in the docs, with:

• Link to GitHub issues saying we're friendly, "please ask anything, but format your code properly"
• Link to joining our slack, and mention the #PydanticAI channel
• Mention anyone on Logfire PRO can get a dedicated slack Collab channel with us
