Consolidate test file structures under `tests/` folder

• tests/
• e2e/
• [deploys]

Will move to (repectfully):

• tests/
  • pytest/
  • e2e/
  • [deploys]

As more an more testing packages or situations are added, it will not clog up the top level folder.
