What?
Introduces a new custom EmptyDashboard component that can be optionally rendered by developers when no dashboard groups or widgets are configured.
Why?
Previously, the Admin dashboard would simply display "no nav groups..." when empty.
I understand this is not a common or trivial scenario, but there may be projects where it becomes important. For example, in my case I have custom views that should be displayed to users who don’t see any collections, and providing a custom empty dashboard state helps create a clearer and more user-friendly experience.
How?
Adds a new custom component.
