Bump CMake version of googletest for humble

#94 bumps the cmake_minimum_version tags of the two packages, but this is not sufficient for humble/ubuntu jammy:

github runner ubuntu-22.04 got a new cmake version, which makes the source build fail

They bumped CMake to version 4 for the ubuntu-24.04 image (I think) somewhat recently and ended up reverting it because of the impact it had, so maybe they'll do it for this too.

If you're using ros-tooling/setup-ros, you can use a ubuntu:22.04 base Docker image instead of just using the GitHub runner image.

Yes, that might be the easiest option!
I close this issue, however #94 should be taken into account to get rid of the deprecation warning on noble.

From what I remember the last time this happened, I saw that ros-tooling/setup-ros was installing the expected version of CMake from Ubuntu, but that colcon build was using the GitHub runner-provided version of CMake (version 4). Making setup-ros use the right version of CMake would be good, but yeah using a Docker image is very simple.
