Add command line to generated header

This is a feature request to make code generation reproducible; the idea is to include the command used to generate code in the header, so that it can be re-run in future. It should include:

  * version used (which can be inferred from the name output by the maven build)
  * the arguments passed to the program

In short, the process command.
