I think that @lukabanic is referring to the fact that the metadata for version 0.7.2 of overpass states that it requires Python <3.12.

However I force installed it anyway using pip and --ignore-requires-python, and it works perfectly fine for me on Python 3.13.2 (and the new updates are really awesome, has improved my workflow immeasurably compared to 0.7).
