jQuery missing from build 3.1.2 on Firefox

I'm actually not sure about the reasons behind ca02795, but jQuery is still a semantic-ui dependency.
This breaks the option page on firefox.

Also I noticed that build 3.1.2 was not available on the Chrome Store.

Fixed with #41 merge.

Build 3.1.2 was not available on Chrome because all it did was to un-obfuscate the code, without adding any features (to make Mozilla reviewers happy).
