  • This is very similar to VSO-1875597 "[ASAN][STL] Interception breaks strtol"; libcxx stol.pass.cpp is now passing for ASAN #4492 removed that workaround.
• Update bug citation: DevCom-1626727 VSO-1457307 was fixed, VSO-2188243 is still active.
• Add VSO citation: DevCom-10456523 is VSO-1880569.

The STL-ASan-CI run passed (https://dev.azure.com/vclibs/STL/_build/results?buildId=17309&view=results), the only passing run we've had in the last week.

And the only reason it passed was because I reran sporadic failures 😹
