Choose the most powerful adapter when there are multiple in the device configuration. 
This is needed on laptops where Integrated graphics exist but there is also a seperate GPU that supports Mesh Shader fully.
Choose the most powerful hardware adapter - dual GPU systems can default to the wrong, non Mesh Shader supporting device otherwise.
Choose the most powerful device available.
Choose the most powerful device available to run Mesh Shader.
