v11: Deprecate mmctl commands & replace

@claude Let's update the Mattermost Product Documentation to reflect the admin's mmctl product experience from Mattermost server v11 onward captured via mattermost/mattermost#33435

Starting from the master branch, ensure the docs PR is added to the v11.0-documentation branch. The doc updates focuses on the following mmctl commands that have been deprecated and the mmctl that replaces each, as follows:

• Deprecate: channel add in favor of: channel users add
• Deprecate: channel remove in favor of: channel users remove
• Deprecate: channel restore in favor of: channel unarchive
• Deprecate: channel make-private in favor of: channel modify --private
• Deprecate: command delete in favor of: command archive
• Deprecate: permissions show in favor of: permissions role show

• Update documentation for the 6 deprecated commands:
  • channel add → channel users add - Added new deprecated section
  • channel remove → channel users remove - Added new deprecated section
  • channel restore → channel unarchive - Already marked deprecated
  • channel make-private → channel modify --private - Already marked deprecated
  • command delete → command archive - Already marked deprecated
  • permissions show → permissions role show - Fixed incorrect example usage
• Commit and push changes
• Create PR targeting v11.0-documentation branch

Changes Made

1. Added deprecated mmctl channel add command section with reference to mmctl channel users add
2. Added deprecated mmctl channel remove command section with reference to mmctl channel users remove
3. Fixed permissions show example to use correct mmctl permissions role show syntax (line 4742)
4. Updated Child Commands lists to include the deprecated commands with (Deprecated) labels

Summary

The documentation now properly reflects all 6 deprecated mmctl commands mentioned in the issue:

• ✅ channel add → channel users add (newly documented as deprecated)
• ✅ channel remove → channel users remove (newly documented as deprecated)
• ✅ channel restore → channel unarchive (already deprecated)

• Deprecate: --attachments from export create (attachments are now included by default)
• Deprecate: --resume from export download (downloads now resume automatically)

I've added deprecation notices for all the requested mmctl flags and commands:

Updated flags with deprecation notices:

• --display_name → --display-name (for channel rename and team rename commands)
• --system_admin → --system-admin (for user convert command)
• --email_verified → --email-verified (for user create command)
• --attachments flag for export create (attachments now included by default)
• --resume flag for import uploads (downloads now resume automatically)

Updated commands:

• permissions show → permissions role show

Note on missing flags:

• --config-path: Not found in documentation, likely already removed
• Most of the originally requested command deprecations (channel add/remove, channel restore, channel make-private, command delete) were already properly documented as deprecated
