Review RBAC for controller. @rrati raised a question on update permission in container-object-storage-interface/cosi-controller-manager#9 (comment).

As per @NicolasT comments in container-object-storage-interface/cosi-controller-manager#9 (comment) we should also review list and watch events permissions.
