When using addSlashRoot = false with addPrefix = 'http://some/path/to/file.gif', a SlashRoot would still get added ie = '/http://some/path/to/file.gif'
Since addSlashRoot is still executed after addPrefix in the getFilepath function; it shouldn't cause any issues, but it allows addSlashRoot not to conflict with addPrefix.
