$ionicUserProvider requires ionic to be loaded first #12
Description
Similar reasoning to my issue on ionic-service-deploy. We can easily avoid the need for ionic to be loaded before this runs and make this service more standalone by changing the calls to ionic.Platform methods on lines 304 & 317.
