- Removed older openvino versions supported from CI 2023.1.0 and 2022.3.0
- Added newer openvino versions supported in CI 2024.1.0
- Added apt install and check for oldest (along with newest) supported versions i.e. 2023.2.0 and 2024.1.0 here

I meant that we could try 2022.3.0 here if we want to show that even older versions still work on Linux.
