With the new documentation, we can have a dedicated donation page.
We can remove the old donation page.

https://donate.golangci.orgwill stay the main external link.That's why I kept it in some places (readme, changelog, migrate command).
After the merge of the PR, I will change the link to redirect to the new donation page.
