Help does not work

When pressing F1, it does not open the help nor it does not open the browser and shows the offline help

wxWidgets is compiled without a webview, and integration with other browsers is not possible because the manuals are sandboxed.

I'll see if I can solve the problem by adding a webview. And evaluate whether the increased package size is worth it.

@Murmele Hi, I'm going to revert the addition of help to wxMaxima. The compilation has been failing since the testing platform for the packages was changed. If it's fixed at some point, I'll add it back.

Thanks for the notification. Right now I have the working package installed. So I have not to update.
