Improve Playbooks Menu

Right now if we have too many playbooks, it can be difficult to find the one we want to execute

Suggestions:

• Allow collapsing all by category (or open collapsed menu by default)
• Have a sidebar to view all categories for quick access

• Category
• Resource Type/Resource
• Search by Name/Category and may be a sort mechanism
