Verified on the build axe-core-npm_4.10.2-7ac2fd2.0, Observed a note in webdriverio - Webdriverio version 9.x.x should need to add 'wdio:enforceWebDriverClassic': true as a browser's capabilities. Created a ticket for tracking pupose - #1136.
We are good to go for the release with the RC-Build- axe-core-npm_4.10.2-7ac2fd2.0
