Notification: Displaying text instead of icons on instable network conditions

Reproduction case

• Open your application.
• Disable internet connection.
• Add a notification component to your page.
• The icons wouldn't get displayed, because the external icons (via icon font) specifically for these icons couldn't get loaded. Instead some text that references those would get displayed.

Expected Behaviour

Either the icons would get loaded or at least the text wouldn't get displayed.
