Command line options are out of date for 2.0

The riak admin docs (http://docs.basho.com/riak/2.0.0pre20/ops/running/tools/riak-admin/) don't accurately mirror the command line. A few commands are missing: downgrade-objects, repair-2i, security, search.

The riak docs (http://docs.basho.com/riak/2.0.0pre20/ops/running/tools/riak/) are also missing commands: attach-direct, ertspath, escript, getpid, version, top, config.
