[Issue] - Remove Docker images and use maven to build examples

Description: Migrate the scripts/PrintDistinctPKs/LoadMaxValues/java/Dockerfile to maven projects. The pom.xml is already in there, just update the example structure

Impact: This will run locally instead of using docker.
