Usage for uploading LZSS compressed file:

./lzss.py --encode gsm.bin gsm.lzss
./bin2ota.py gsm.lzss gsm.ota
./bin2json.py gsm.ota gsm.json
./ota-upload.sh CLIENT_ID CLIENT_SECRET DEVICE_ID gsm.json

Requires arduino/ArduinoCore-samd#544.
Test files: gsm-ota-test-bin.zip
