This allows certain macro expressions to highlight correctly without being overriden by more generic syntax.

Fixes issue #29
Before & After:
This PR improves syntax highlighting for keywords/macro control flow and adds additional support for additional control flow keywords (THEN / ELSE / ENDIF). I do not believe it affects any other syntax highlighting except for that pictured, but I'd appreciate someone else taking a look.
