in my upload step

the ${{ env.ARTIFACT_DIR_NAMEworkflow }} contains an empty dir. This empty dir in not contained in the zip I download. All other dirs and files are zipped. Is this intentional?

This action prints "Hello World" or "Hello" + the name of a person to greet to the log.

Required The name of the person to greet. Default "World".
