Question: Is it possible to create a customer with multiple subsidiaries via the current gem and if so how?

I want to create customers with mutliple associated subsidiaries (the primary one and then one other one). Netsuite supports this: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_1509460991.html but not sure if the gem does. Anyone have any insight or dealt with this?
