Storage tooltip update #360
Description
I've noticed inconsistency in information provided by info tooltip and box hint. Which leads to confusion.
info: "please provide json or empty"
box: "raw value or hex array"
IMO tooltip should have information about what part of pvm it is and how to interact with it.
