Loading from URL - bugs

1. Status is missing when loading from URL (e.g. https://deploy-preview-280--pvm-debugger.netlify.app/#/?program=0x00003e937e725fff84842a9484540084848484848787ffffffffff8787878765c7c700c7c784848484848465c7c7c7c765c7c7c7c780637563746f72ff000000004110044112a40401)

2. When the page is open already and you attempt to paste a URL with program, the tool does not load the program (yet the URL is changed). You need to refresh the page to actually see the program.

3. Sometimes the program in URL is lost (not sure exactly when though) so refreshing does load the intro page. I think it happens when you for instance click "Load" and then go back in history.

It should be possible to always share a program by copying the URL.
