Added support for retrieving archived projects via a new getArchivedProjects method in the API client.

  • Adds endpoint constant and request/response types
  • Implements the method in TodoistApi
  • Includes tests for the new endpoint
  • Updates validation to handle missing inboxProject field in archived projects
