[Bug] Failed to edit and save container information

Problem Description

在容器选项卡，选择一个容器——更多——编辑并更改完容器信息后，如果没有清除IPv4文本框中的IP时就会报错：
服务内部错误: update container failed, err: Error response from daemon: invalid config for network bridge: invalid endpoint settings: user specified IP address is supported on user defined networks only

Steps to Reproduce

在容器选项卡，选择一个容器——更多——编辑，修改任意参数，保持IPv4文本框中有IP的情况下点击确认

容器通过 1Panel 页面创建，使用默认的bridge网络。

了解，该问题是由于 bridge 网络的容器 IP 是动态分配的，每次容器重启后可能会发生变化。而 1Panel 在编辑容器时会尝试保留当前 IP，但该 IP 可能已被 Docker 重新分配，导致操作失败。
我们会在后续版本对该问题进行优化。
