Job dispatch sync is not using middlewares

Hi there,

I am wondering if it is correct that if I dispatch a job on the sync connection/driver, the middelwares configured by the middlewares() method are ignored?
I have implemented a Skip::when() and it is not respecting it when syncing.

OMG! I should have done better reading.. it's middleware() instead of middlewares()
