Container Manager is up and running, and you can download it today. It isn’t on the Mac App Store because of sandbox restrictions that block access to the container CLI and API server, but it works well as a straightforward GUI for anyone using Apple containers. I’m still exploring ways around the sandbox limits, but for now this should be a solid tool for managing containers on macOS.
