Make chat window a frame

Not sure if I am explaining this correctly but is there a way to make the chat window a pop out HTML frame? Whenever I go to chat with a remote client, I have to switch to a new tab. What this means is that if I am trying to see what they are doing and chat to them at the same time I cannot because I am in a chat tab and the same on the client end, we web browser chat window pops up over what they are doing.

unfortunately this is down to the web browser and not meshcentral
we already ask it to open a pop up window, but the browser changes it to a new tab instead
opne thing u COULD try is HOLDING the shiftkey and clicking CHAT, this opened without extra options etc
maybe these options are casuing it to open in a new tab?

Thanks tried this suggestion and it pops up a new tab. Also on the remote client side, it also pops up a new browser tab.

Would be cool if it was a systay agent that open up the chat on the client side.

i cant fully remember but you can use the meshcentralassistant (download in monitor-only mode),
run it along side meshagent, and you get a tray icon which i think you can request help/chat from there
